Here’s why it’s important to include addons during your booking:
In essence, adding equipment ahead of time not only saves you time, but it also makes the whole booking process smoother and more efficient!
Guaranteed Availability: By adding the required equipment or extras when you book, you ensure that it’s available when you need it. Many high-demand items may run out if booked last minute.
Time Efficiency: If you wait until the day of your booking to add equipment, it can take an additional 20-30 minutes to source and prepare everything you need. That’s valuable time you could be using for being creative, especially in a studio setting where every minute counts.
Smooth Transition: Pre-booking ensures that the equipment is already placed in the studio for you, so you can jump straight into your work or session without interruption. This is especially important in a studio environment where setup and breakdown times can cut into the overall schedule.
Availability: Depending on demand, certain equipment might not be readily available on the day of your booking. By adding it beforehand, you can be sure it will be there for you when you need it.
Avoiding Frustration: The extra wait time can be frustrating and lead to unnecessary stress. Pre-booking eliminates this and makes your experience more seamless.

Cancel booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time - 50% refund less booking fees and 5% processing fees of their original booking price. 4. Cancellations less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

1. You can reschedule your booking for free if there are more than 7 full calendar days left before your event. 2. The maximum number of times you can reschedule a booking is twice. 3. If your booking is between 7 days and 72 hrs before the event start time or less, you may reschedule your booking, provided you pay us a Late Rescheduling Fee of 50% of the total cost. 4. 72 hours before the event start time or less, you cannot reschedule your booking. 5. Any booking that has been rescheduled cannot receive any refunds.

Our casting rental space is designed to meet the needs of casting professionals and production teams seeking a comfortable and efficient environment to discover talent. Located in the heart of Manhattan, this versatile space is tailored for auditions, callbacks, and talent selection processes.

PARKING OPTIONS & DESCRIPTION
Free street parking, Metered street parking, Nearby parking lots.
We are on 8th ave between 37th st & 38th st and there is free street parking on Saturday after 8pm and free parking all day on Sunday.
Also there are 6-7 paid parking garages on 37th, 38th & 39th street between 8th & 9th Avenue.

CANCELLATIONS
