Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Fashion District our photo studio rental Midtown Manhattan, Love Studios NYC offers creative professionals a home for photography, video, and production. With eight distinct studios across three floors, our spaces are designed with flexibility, privacy, and natural light in mind.
We welcome photographers, fashion designers, e-commerce brands, content creators, agencies, and artists looking for stylish, ready-to-shoot environments.

Situated at 545 8th Avenue, just steps from Penn Station and Times Square, our studios are easily accessible for local teams and traveling crews. Freight and passenger elevators provide seamless load-ins and load-outs.
🕕 Hours of Operation
Studios are open from 5 AM to 11 PM, seven days a week. Need an earlier call time or a night shoot? Early or late access can be arranged for an additional fee, just contact us.
